For family members scheduling for a loved one
You’re welcome to book and coordinate on a parent’s or relative’s behalf. Let us know the facility, room, best time of day, and any accessibility needs, and please confirm the facility’s visitor policy.
The signer must meet all requirements
The person signing must personally appear, present acceptable identification, and sign willingly and with awareness of what they are signing. A notary cannot determine capacity, and notarization cannot be guaranteed. Some documents may also require witnesses — please check with your attorney.
Grateful Notary Services LLC provides notarial services and does not provide legal advice or legal document preparation unless separately authorized by applicable law.
